Returns

You can trade any item or return within 14 days and for that you need to send us an email (info@iperfumes.com) with your order number and in attach the invoice and photos of the item. Besides this, we can only accept returns or exchanges if:

- The product hasn’t been opened;

- The original packaging and product have to be intact (fit for sale again)

We exchange or refund in 7 days, after we receive your order in our headquarters. We will refund in the same way that you have made your payment – keep the return proof.

The client will assume all the shipping expenses.

Important, if the shipping company tries to deliver your order and you are not at home, we will refund your money, without the shipping cost.
